What is the length from the shoulders to the hem?

Hello chrissychoate :) The length - shoulder to hem with adjustable straps completely loosened - is 33". Likewise, the area below the bust/chest is 11.5" and as you can see, is an elastic, adjustable band. My guess on the bust is that it would fit an 29-34 A-B cup.
