crystiereneeHi! I lovvvve this cardigan! I'm so afraid of buying the wrong size....im about 175, 5'7 and normally wear a large/x large top...im thinking a medium??

Jun 10Reply

mayaatias@crystierenee Hii ! I love this cardigan sooo much too 😍. So it depends how do you like. You can stay in your size , I am typically S and I’ve kept small for myself but I couldn’t go wrong with XS if I had in that size available 💕

Jun 10Reply

butterflyhigh23You sure you wanna sell this cause you wearing the fell out if it! 💕❤️👌🏽💣❣️

Jun 12Reply

mayaatias@butterflyhigh23 Thanks hun !! ♥️ I’ve kept one myself too 👌😗😎

Jun 13Reply

crystierenee@mayaatias hi!! I received my purchase and it's gorgeous!! I did stay with my size like we talked about even though I thought it looked to run big....its soo big on me I won't be able to wear it. Is there anything that can be done at all to get a medium?

Jun 13Reply

mayaatias@crystierenee Hi, I will do an exception here. But pls ak for measurements next time :)) Small works great for me and I am typically small so I cant tell how something will fit exactly. Please open the case thru Poshmark and I will confirm that I have sent you wrong size , you will get the shipping label for return shipping . And you may place an order for M size thru this listing again. Xoxo

Jun 13Reply

crystierenee@mayaatias hi! I cannot say thank you enough. I love this top so much, and I can usually try to make it work but this just runs so good. And I'm not even sure if measurements would have worked the way this top is made, you know? But I do appreciate it more than you know. Thank you so much for the fast shipping and everything is beautiful. This was just a really tricky sizing issue...

Jun 13Reply

crystierenee@mayaatias and I just go in and put that I didn't get item as described? I hate to put it like that. Is there a sizing option? I'm sorry this is the second item I've ever bought on posh. And then I'm not quite sure how exactly to get the medium... Without the payment option coming up unless Posh will explain that to me?

Jun 13Reply

crystierenee@mayaatias I have no clue what to do. As I said I'm new. So when the package got here I did press accept order. So it said the funds will be released to you and it cannot be reversed. That is okay, just exchanging sizes. And then it asks for a description and pictures. I'm not quite sure what to do. Can you help? What exactly have you done if this has been encountered before? Like I said I don't want the money back, I just want to a size I can wear

Jun 13Reply

mayaatias@crystierenee Poshmark will release your funds when I accept your item, so if you ship today or tommorow I will get the package by the end of the week or monday the latest. If there is no other option than "item is not as described you should select that <3

Jun 13Reply

mayaatias@crystierenee Oh you confirmed acceptance and you shouldn’t.. , I will get back to you I need to contact Poshmark how to solve this . I will get back to you as soon as they let me know 💕

Jun 13Reply

crystierenee@mayaatias so even though I pressed accept item, it's okay? I emailed them just to ask for their suggestion as to what to do. So I just wait on the shipping label and get the item back to you as soon as possible? I imagine I will receive an email. I'm so sorry to be a pain I was so super excited to receive this. And then so upset that it was so huge. But thanks again for all of your help and everything else is perfect.

Jun 13Reply

mayaatias@crystierenee Thanks you ! I understand and i have stated it is an oversized cardigan, so it should be big and bigger than usual size. We will find the way to get you the medium , let's wait to get response from Posh. Have a good evening ! <3

Jun 13Reply

crystierenee@mayaatias I really do appreciate it. Haven't heard from them yet, I imagine you will too...why is it we can't just exchange between you and I? A refund I understand, I know Posh gets a percentage, but it's just an exchange, hmm...thanks again and I'll ttys! ❤🙂

Jun 14Reply

mayaatias@crystierenee Hi! Did u get any response yet? Exchanges outside posh are tricky so that’s way I want to do through poshmark 😑 You will need to send me back large and I need to ship you out medium . since we already contact Posh let’s wait at least by the end of the day and than we’ll see what to do 💕

Jun 14Reply

crystierenee@mayaatias Hi!! I haven't heard anything yet. I did receive like an "Insta response" as soon as I sent my message. So I do know they received. I understand doing it outside of Posh can get tricky. I wish they had a way to private message, if they do I haven't seen it yet. But I'll get back to you by the end of the day and let you know. 💜 Thanks so much for reaching out & wanting to help. 🙂🙂

Jun 14Reply

crystierenee@mayaatias hi. So I did speak with Posh support. Not very happy with their response. I'm having a hard time grasping how they can say that you are not allowed to exchange an item from your own Boutique. I do understand that we go through Posh for different security reasons or what not. But I'm not trying to get a refund. Just a simple Exchange. And you are okay with it, that's what gets me the most....

Jun 15Reply

crystierenee@mayaatias and I do also understand the sizing rules. But I feel like it's the actual style of the top that made it super super unexpectedly oversized. Not just a normal oversized top. Which you did state. I just want to exchange for a size that I can enjoy and wear... and you are open to help make that happen. So I'm really confused at this point and not sure what to do from here. Message me back if you can, I just like to get somewhere here. Ttys and thanks again for all of your help. ❤❤

Jun 15Reply

mayaatias@crystierenee Oh.. I will do it now and never again this is time consuming and I am loosing money because we failed when you confirmed the order. Thanks for understanding. Pls send me back large and I will ship you out medium. I hope you have my adress . Xoxo

Jun 15Reply

mayaatias@crystierenee If you need my adress let me know. Thanks! Good night :*

Jun 15Reply

crystierenee@mayaatias hey. I do have your address. Well, now I do let's just say I had to retrieve it. I thought it would be a problem if I didn't still have it so I got it back, lol... with my son's help 😯😁 again, I cannot thank you enough for going out of your way and doing this. I'll get that in the mail to you ASAP. 🙂💘

Jun 15Reply

mayaatias@crystierenee okay thanks. And I would appreciate if you could update your 3* rating :) Have a good night 🌙 ❣️

Jun 15Reply

crystierenee@mayaatias yes I definitely will do that. I was just at the point where I didn't know what I should do since I was opening a case with Posh. I hope you understand but yes I'll definitely update it. As I said before, shipping was quick, everything was perfect. Thank you! ❤

Jun 15Reply

crystierenee@mayaatias I just didn't want Posh to see me opening a case and then it not making sense to them that I gave a 5-star rating? I guess that's how I could explain it? I was just really confused at what to do at that point. But taking care of that now

Jun 15Reply

mayaatias@crystierenee thank you ♥️

Jun 26Reply

crystiereneeYes I will say you were waaayyy ahead of me and I really appreciate that. I thought you would sgip the new one after you recieved the old.. So i didnt rush to do it. Again thank you so much for getting that to me so quickly. I'll have yours to u ASAP.

Jun 26Reply

mayaatias@crystierenee This is very disrespectful.I’ve made an exception and exchange your size despite the fact we don’t exchange on posh. I’ve shipped the item immediately and you have received it in 2 -3 days after your request . Now you are telling me I am way ahead because you are too ‘busy’or lazy to return the item which doesn’t belong to you any more? Seriously?I have request for large and I can’t sell it because of you. This is not for fun, this is business and I am taking things seriously.

Jun 28Reply

mayaatias@crystierenee Now pls. ship my item asap, it’s been 10 days since. I would get a package from China sooner. Have a great day!

Jun 28Reply

crystierenee@mayaatias no, actually what is dis respectful & very immature is the way you are speaking to me. I nicely explained that I was surprised to get the package right away. That I thought you would be waiting until mine got to you first as with most exchanges. Which is the reason I didn't ship right away. I'm far from "lazy" I've replied above with my response. Im an adult . I've said nothing cross to you & I still will not. Your item will be sent to you asap. Thanks again.

Jun 28Reply

crystierenee@mayaatias you nicely chose to exchange out of Posh. Thank you for doing that. You haven't not received your item. I just didn't race to ship it next day. As I was waiting on mine 1st. Your item will be there. I'm not a thief, nor a liar. Thanks again for the exchange and speedy shipping 🙂❤ your item will be there very soon.

Jun 28Reply

mayaatias@crystierenee So as an adult and mature person you should at least confirm that the item arrived and is well received ( outside Posh transaction ) . Our last conversation was on June 14th , your item received on June 18th and I've wrote you on June 26th because I didn't hear from you and the return haven't come back until now . I would like to stop this conversation at this point. Thank you for your business. All the best. Xoxo <3
