olkusz123Just came here to say that if anyone is debating getting the 501 stretch skinny....DO IT. I just bought a pair off a different seller in a lighter wash and OMG, holy grail “vintage” denim. Real talk: I don’t even have a butt, and they make me look like I have a nice butt 😂😂

rinagaeI’m a solid 27 in most jeans, but I have found that Levi’s might run a little bigger. I haven’t owned a pair in years, but I bought a pair or the 501 taper fit and they were way too big in a 27. Thoughts? :-) thank you!

poeticthreads@rinagae hi, I also drop a size on the 501 tapered fit, but the 501 skinnys I find to fit me true to size! I have the waist and rise measurements for each size posted above. Maybe if you want to compare with another high waist jean at home that fits to see which size will serve you best! These do have 1% elastane stretch to them as well 🙂

poeticthreads@llvigesaa these run true to size and have 1% stretch material. I would say size up rather than down and follow the measurements guide. But unfortunately i only have the size 29 in stock in this high rise fit. I have other high rise styles in my closet you can check out that might be in your size!

poeticthreads@llvigesaa Also, regardless of what rise you purchase- low, mid or high -you should always purchase your true size! 😁 unless they are 100%cotton (non-stretch) then I recommend sizing up one size. It really depends on what brand you are purchasing.
