Does the cracked button affect it staying fastened?

@punky2910 No, the button is still attached on both sides of where it has cracked, so it can be fastened and worn without any issues. There aren’t any pieces of it missing, so it could easily be glued back together (or, of course, just replaced). I preferred to leave the original hardware in tact as is (even if not in perfect condition), in case someone preferred to fix it rather than replace it.

@punky2910 It’s my pleasure! I’m always happy to help however I can! The slit is on the same side as the zipper / button closure, so I assumed that was the front, but I hadn’t thought about trying it with the slit in the back! I’ll investigate that more as soon as I get home and let you know if I think that’s a possibility. 👍 Hope you’re having a wonderful holiday weekend!

@punky2910 OMG...so...it turns out that it DOES work both ways!!! I actually think maybe the slit is supposed to be in the back, based upon where the tag is. LOL it never occurred to me before! AND, I tried it with the zipper on the side, and it works that way, too! MIND BLOWN! 🤯🤪😂 Thanks so much for asking!
