So are the bust and waist measurements for the size small 20inches across the front or 20inch bust altogether- like a 40 in bust?

@lrd1083 it measures 20 inches across the front from sleeve to sleeve. It’s stretchy and a wrap style front. There isn’t an armpit with a seam so I can’t measure from arm pit to armpit
