hodgesfamily@fancpantz I'm not 100% because the one I have I hang dry or lay flat as I do with anything that has cotton in it. There is no knot in the back of the shirt. It's just twisted to show type of fabric. I'm 36DD but measure 39 in the bust and the XL fits me perfect. I can wear the L but it's a tight fit and I prefer my tops to have a loose fit. So I would say they run true to size and you'd probably need the M.
