@kittyparade This skirt is hand-made so there are no tags, however I believe it is a durable woven cotton. It is in great condition and I have only worn it once myself. The petticoat does pop out underneath slightly but I checked the inside and everything is still stitched perfectly so I guess it is supposed to be like that! The waist is pretty small- 24". In this pic I am a 25" waist and you can see it is a little tight. Thanks for your interest :)
