cutefashionfun @sammy Sorry I do not have Small. I have to correct my listing. I do have Medium and it is 21” across, laying flat, pit to pit, NOT doubled. I have a Small in this blouse and it is a tiny bit snug across my bust because I am a 36DD. But the rest of it fits fine. A Small might have been perfect for you but I’m all out.
