Customer had he " Group" all target me and ended me with 2 violations ... Poshmark didn't even review how can Free People be Replica.... They then posted on over 25- 30 items " Statements @ words " I can't even State! So at least after finding them I was able to delete

tough2sweet@greysmon Posh will Not say an item has been " Sold" until a form of payment for your item has been made. A buyer has 3 hours After buying an item to Cancel any purchase. A lot don't know that But they do. If there is Any Problem, Posh will let you as a Seller know. Always. Wether it's a problem with payment or if someone cancels. If there was a problem,with payment, Posh will tell you right away. If it's Sold, it's Sold.

greysmonHello and good morning! I wanted to ask you what would you do or if there is an option in this case. I listed 4 sweaters and someone bought all 4, when I packaged them they weighted 8 lbs so I had to get the $11.97 shipping label which cut significantly from my earnings 😩. Is that just my loss or is there any options? I didn’t expect someone buying 4 exact same items only in different colors. For the future of course because I already shipped that package.

tough2sweet@greysmon Hi, Yes, unfortunately it is a loss of earnings. Ive had to do it twice. But I have to ask, Are you sure it was over 5 lbs? I've shipped a lot of bulk items in 1 box at 5 lbs. I think though in the future, I believe you would just make some sort of Note to buyers that anything bought in bulk and over 5 lbs, they would have to purchase each 5 lb bundle separately.

I could have put my closet on vacation mode and mark some items not for sale but with the big banner posh uses for vacation mode, I thought people wouldn't be so inclined to look for items for sale. So I manually chose some things for sale. It took a little time but I've already sold 4 items this way.

tough2sweet@carolhazen To put your closet on vacation mode. Just do the normal route of picking your date for vacation. Once posh puts the banner on your closet, just go in and mark any items you want " for sale", Just mark them " For sale" and leave at the top of your closet.
