sptyler23 @klwrb1967 The Scrub shirts are very oversized. The top is very stretchy and light. I am normally an XL, but medium still fit perfectly. The shirt is 31 inches from neck to bottom of the shirt and then it is 23" from left and right for the torso. Try these measurements on your son to see how it would fit.
