martus @mrsperkins Hi, I'd say yes, they run true to size. I am a true size 4 and the 9/29 fits well for a slightly looser, more comfortable feeling. I'd probably prefer 7 for a tighter/slimmer look but I don't have that size. So the 9/29 would probably be best for someone between 4-6 or 4 or 6 depending what the preference is. They stretch very well but not to a whole next size if that makes sense. I hope that wasn't too confusing overall, feel free to reach back if you have any other questions.

martus @mrsperkins I hear you:( I just looked at the 1/25 and 3/26 and by looking at them I can easily say that the 25 is a true size 1 and the 26 a true size 3. If you are a size 2 in clothing I would go for the 3/26 and if you are 0-1 in clothing, the 1/25 will work great in my opinion.

martus @annareyna hi! Yes, they definitely make the booty bop as they are formfitting. I believe size 10 will work for 31. I just checked the pair and even though it says 31/13 The jeans run a bit small in my opinion so you should be OK.
