modamecouture@pjlund01 the material 75% cotton 23% polyester 2% elastane. The outside is similar to a very light weight denim it is not tough or stiff like some denim jacket, it is fully lined. modamecouture@lkjohnson113 The sleeve length on both the small and medium is approximately 23.5". Size small bust is approx 18" across Size medium bust is approx 19" across. I am a size small. Modeling a size small, the medium is a bit looser on me than the small. I am a 34b/25"waist
