Black and Blue Chevron Print Dress w/ 3/4 Sleeves

This black, 3/4-sleeve dress features a pleated skirt and a chevron pattern in shades of teal and blue. The sheer sleeves can be cuffed with the attached loops and buttons (see 3rd photo). The waist is gathered with elastic to give the bodice a blousy effect, and the matching sash pulls it all together. This is a great dress for the office, especially when paired with some simple pearl jewelry. Measures approximately 35" from shoulder to hem.
