angelena296 I’d recommend to bring it to LV store if it looks like the defect from LV. You will get a new bag or full credit in store. I just did it to my lockit. They accept it is their fault, and make everything simple to solve. That’s a lovely bag btw. When you get a new bag to replace this one, please tag me and give me a big offer 😀
