This is perfect for the office! Black knee length skirt with side zipper. Single ruffle bottom trim with a cute little bow in the center back. Smooth liner. shanallc@trkennedy This fabric does not have a lot of give. It does however easily rise or lower on the hips without hiking the skirt all the way up to the point of it looks odd 😊 Did you need length measures?
