This is called an illusion setting - the center stone seems to be a lot bigger than it is because of the small stones surrounding it. Sterling silver with simulated diamonds. Very shiny and stylish setting. Looks like the real thing. See pictures for details and 925 stamp.

fe_stepka@crayburn1996 I would not recommend sterling silver to replace a wedding ring if you have concerns with a metal reaction as that is determined by your body and not the jewelry.
