shopswankstyles@blue0271 Yes, it’s measured across the front. It has a looser Bust fit due to being Off Shoulder but has the elastic band so it stays up great.

blue0271That’s what I thought. Thanks so much. You don’t necessarily have to wear this as pictured, though; you could wear it with just one shoulder down, but can it be worn with both shoulders up? Would that look strange? I’ve always wondered about these types of tops. The first thing I see is women tugging at them, which is why I ask. It’s a gorgeous top 😉

shopswankstyles@blue0271 I guess you could. I just tried it on my daughter and it didn’t look bad. It just gives the neckline more of a boat neckline... but it has the elastic around the whole upper top part for the Off Shoulder look.
