shopvdn @jessdollarcook I don’t think you opened a case to return the medium? If the app is not allowing you to do it I would contact poshmark to see what they can do about it. On my end it won’t allow me to cancel an order after it’s been delivered

shopvdn @jessdollarcook yes usually before you “accept” the order you are able to open a case and they will allow you to return the item. However, after the item is “accepted” and “rated” it has to happen through poshmark’s customer service ☹️ I’m sorry for the hassle
