marspaige @maperez4 Yes a small should be fine. Would you like me though to measure the waist and hip difference between the small and the medium for you ? I'm happy to do if helpful. Thank you for shopping in my closet :)!

marspaige @maperez4 The waist is approx 28" on small but elastic waist and medium is 31". The hips are 35" for small vs. 38" for medium. This isn't perfect but what I can tell from lying them flat next to each other and guessing on where the hip is. Hope this helps and hope you love your items!

marspaige @maliyahb33 The waist in the medium is ~31" but remember it has an elastic waist so can expand if need. The hips are 38" for medium. This isn't perfect but what I can tell measuring it flat down and taking a guess on where the hips are. I have gotten 5 stars on this from buyers and they like the fit.
