kyliebrienn@hollycuringa yes I do think a medium would fit! It’s an elastic waist band to there’s good stretch to it. I think you’d be fine in the medium but if you want to play it safe, you could always order a size L.

kyliebrienn@sroenicke10 I’m a 38” bust and I wear a size medium in this dress so I will say I personally think it has room and give but I totally want you to be comfortable with your purchase. It has buttons going down so you could always leave a button open if needed.
