Vintage floral dress with matching belt

VTG dress with small shoulder pads and pretty flowers, perfect for spring! Estimating to have been made in the late 80’s early 90’s. No flaws that I see except for the third hole on the belt and some breakage on back of belt (see photos) but you can always match this with a different belt! Has a soft tulle lining on upper half and elastic waist. Measurements: w-25”-38” stretched bust-41” length-45” Belt: length-37 1/2” fits 30”-33” waist Ask questions if you have ‘em!
