@mimijh The belt is adjustable. The medium can be adjusted to a 28" to 30" waist. And even more depending on how loose or tight you want the belt.

Hi I measured my waist I’m approximately 31/32 inches? Is that still a medium or a large. Please advise. Thanks.

@mimijh This is what I have after measuring the two adjustable belts: The large's outside belt measures 30" before it is adjusted it can be adjusted minus 3". That would take it in 3" more from the 30"; and both belts stretch. The medium out side or top belt measures 27' before it is stretched it also can be adjusted minus 3" more. The inside belt is longer and adjusts more.
