stylecollection @kaitlynski This top is gorgeous! Thanks for the interest. Good question! The mesh material is not stretchy. Measurements the arm from pit to shoulder the size small is 8" and the medium is 9". Measuring in the bicep area, the small is 5.5-6" (so up to 12" in diameter). The medium is more on the 6-6.5" (12-13"). Naturally the sleeve tapers from shoulder down. The sleeve length is 18" on both. Hope this helps!
