cdowen5Hi. I'm sorry I opened a case on this purse. I hated doing it because I've had my fair share of cases against me. I love the purse so much and wanted to keep it. I decided to go ahead and keep it after all and I took the chance to see if I could remove the marks myself. Using a rubber cement remover tool, I was able to get most of the marks off!🤗I hope you have a great day and happy poshing!💞

I feel horrible that the purse was damaged during the shipping process and I do not want you to keep a purse that you will not be happy with. If you change your mind, please let me know.
