This is JUST FOR THE NEW GEL LINER AND NEW EYELINER BRUSH! The pencil liner is NOT included. I bought 2 of the bday collections and only tried the first gel liner a couple times (I will add that to your package for free. Its in the final pic but 2 be clear I tried that one, am too not great at using it but wanted the pencil which is why these gel liners are available) Its a great color (why I kept the pencils) but the gel liners would be better off w/someone good w/makeup! ?'s just ask!
