Colorful, stretch, Nollie brand mini skirt

Cotton stretch mini-skirt. Nollie brand (from Pac Sun). Fold over waistband so you can adjust it however you feel comfortable. Can be high-waisted as pictured also. It’s a size large, but runs small. I am 5’9, and 135 for sizing comparisons. Super comfortable, and pair with all different color tanks! Can dress up or wear with flip flops. Worn maybe twice.
