Excellent preowned condition flutter sleeve shift dress with rope tie waist in navy blue, beige , orange and red. Purchased from Macy’s. Length 35”, chest 18” with much room to go on top as it is designed to fit loose. String that holds belt in back is broken, but it is not needed to keep belt around waist. It is sewn on back as well.

sunny_threads @mrsviperx1 the one I have on my dress form that all the photos are taken of. Is the one I have. The last one is a stock photo shown for modeling purposes - (same dress, different colors)
