@avispii Ceci, I usually measure the arm length at the shoulder seam to hem of sleeve, but there isnāt a shoulder seam per se. The sleeves are Dolman and they taper to the wrist (there is a zipper on each sleeve). I measured from the top of the jacket to the hem of the sleeve as 22 1/2 inches. I measured from the end of the shoulder pad to the hem of the sleeve as 21 inches. I hope that helps! Itās a fabulous jacket!š
