Do they expand and contract? Like are they retractable in a sense that they don’t stretch out and stay that way? I just don’t want it to like slide down or anything. I’m a 4-6 with an athletic pear shape, I don’t have a muffin top but when I wear a tight bikini, it gives me one. What size would be best? A medium?
