lisadoc68 I have a couple of questions. Can you post a pic of the front of the jacket laying flat? All I see is the back of the jacket. Also is the jacket lined? What condition is the jacket? Shoulder measurements? Have you had the jacket altered? What collection is this jacket from?

lisadoc68 @beyspublicist That's a fair price for the jacket. I usually wear a 36 in Chanel jackets. I know some jackets run big and some small. I'd like to make sure the jacket would fit. But I can't promise that I will purchase the jacket. But I would give it serious consideration.

chopardleopard @lisadoc68 posted the front of the jacket laying flat. The jacket is unlined and in good condition but some sequins/threads are coming loose and other signs of light wear. Shoulders: 14.5" Bust: 33" Sleeves: 20" Length: 19" The jacket has not been altered in any way. And the collection is from 05p, which is one of Chanel's more iconic seasons.

chopardleopard @lisadoc68 yes I do have a 36! I keep multiples of items I really like so I was debating putting it up. It is the version with a ribbon. Bust: 16.5" (42cm), Shoulders: 13" (33cm), Length: 19.3" (49cm), Sleeve: 20.5" (52cm). Light wear for both jackets.

lisadoc68 @beyspublicist I just made an offer for the 36. Probably either could fit me. The shoulders on the 36 look to be smaller than on the 34 which is strange. Is there any give in the jacket? Maybe the 34 would be better. I measure one of my Chanel jackets that’s most similar and shoulders are 15”. What do you think?

chopardleopard @lisadoc68 I actually haven’t posted a pic of the 36 yet but I will say the 34 is a true 00-0 and then 36 is more generous in sizing. I actually also have a 38 that I purchased hence why I’m letting the 34 and now the 36 go. I like a roomier fit as there is generally little stretch in the 05p season chanel tweeds. But if you like a slimmer fit it might be a matter of preference but the look will be very similar. Hope that helps!

I love that Chanel jackets can so easily be altered. So yes the 36. And I’ll be book marking your page. chopardleopard @lwwhereas so i'm not sure if the bag is more of a "novelty" item although it is gorgeous... i feel like you'll get much more use out of the jacket than i would out of the bag and the value of the jacket will only go up over time, while the bag's value is more up in the air.maybe the jacket, the earrings you liked, the missoni nwt bikini, that sort of trade? or whatever else you're interested in.of course this is me just thinking out loud but feel free to email me if interested! 💜💜

chopardleopard @mimifreeing i actually do have a 38. There are no stains but does need a dry cleaning. Also has a pull on back which has been pulled to inside. Does not show on outside. Has some very slight pulls which unfortunately sometimes come with this type of jacket but all are very small and can be pulled to inside. This is me being very critical of course for eveery little thing, overall it is in good condition!

chopardleopard @72tnguyen no stains. The tweed fabric it’s hard to see pulls as they can just be hooked back in but that’s the nature of the tweed fabric from chanel. From blind eye I don’t see anything.
