It was designed by Carson Kressley to raise money for The American Saddlbred Museum.I hated to part with this dress because I think it is a Lilly Lover's dream dress. Approx Measurements when lying flat: Bust 16 1/2", natural waist 17 1/2" & length from top of strap to bottom of hem is 35".
