This is an elastic waist , so I would suggest sizing true to what you wear in other elastic waist items like this one. This skirt is great because it will give you leeway no matter what size you choose! Also, you can always opt to bundle the item and I can send you measurements when it arrives and I can offer you a private discount that way !
