Romy cocktail dress with braided spaghetti straps and flower waist detail. Solid blue. Almost teal. Low back. Size medium. Measurements: Armpit to armpit = about 16 inches. Waist (side to side lying flat) = about 14 inches. Length (shoulder to hem) = about 35.5 inches. Used once. In very good condition. One little flaw pictured although not noticeable when worn.
