Should I go by bust or by hip/waist measurements for this dress? I'm a 34B bra size, which seems I'd need a medium, but like just into a size large for hip/waist measurements. I know there's stretch to the fabric, but I don't want to look stuffed into this on the bottom half if I get a medium, but I don't want the top to fall down because it's too big of I get a large either! Thank you!
