Powder Blue Off-the-shoulder Dress

I wore this dress as a bridesmaid for my sister's wedding, and it was soo low-maintenance and comfy. You can also take your arms out and make it just a strapless dress! The color is so angelic and it's perfect if you plan on dancin all night without sweating up a storm. There are faint brown marks at the bottom of the dress near the feet but I can have it washed well if sold.
