rmvaleri7 @youlookstunning yes they are high waisted, I list them in the US sizes. They run true to size I wear an 8 in most jeans and I wear an 8 in these:)

rmvaleri7 @lux555 yes they stretch. My daughter is 5'4 and 110lbs and wears the 4. She does not like things tight, she can do the 2 but very tight.

nicolita1 @rmvaleri7 do these have a button, or just pull on jeggings? Are they high waisted? I believe so from what I read, but if they are can you measure from inseam to top of high waist? I like them to go right above my belly button, so I just want to know measurement!! Thanks!
