Fit and flare quilted dress with stretch

This is a fit and flare Navy and white dress by Robbie bee. It hits it about the knee on me I am five foot three. It's a great material and does have stretch and give so it fits you well in the middle and flares out. Says small but really fits like a size 6 possibly even an 8 because of the stretch. It's really a cute Springtime dress very comfortable. Only tried on twice and lost the tags
