Two Piece Royal Blue Floral Prom/Formal Dress

This two piece is features a spaghetti strap and keyhole neckline. The top also has padding. The skirt is nude with mesh floral overlay. Both top and skirt have zip closure. Top has been altered for more precise fit to size 4 but no fabric was cut. Seams can be let back out to original sizing. Same with skirt. Just more gathering to allow more precise fit.
