Blue and White Striped Dress

I wore this dress once for a homecoming game! The dress is super flattering as it is only tight up top and flares out before it hits your tummy! There is a slight scoop in the back. Super comfortable, stretchy, and breathable. There is very mild pulling around the under arm area.
