🆕 Blueberi boulevard 2T red fancy dress

Brand new never worn. Red bolero dress. Tulle upper skirt, and 3 layer of skirting. 100% polyester. 3 button at back. Pretty flower accent. This is new, but it has a minor line at the back ribbon at waist, the tulle skirt has some line like the have been snagged... But I don't think it has. It's a beautiful ruby red dress.
