Waist of the dress has a semi stretchy elastic to allow you to puff out above the waist and/or shorten or lengthen the dress as desired. Sleeves have a design and semi fitted cuff to allow the sleeves to appear flowy as seen in the photos. The bottom of the dress has a border as seen in the photos. kataleya_sunI need the bust to be 44 inches which I find is anywhere from large to XL and 14 to 16 Most of the time a 14 will work but not always. I like knee length I am 5'6 so about 40 inch length

luanac08@kataleya_sun Hi, the bust of the XL [measured laying flat in its natural state, not stretched/pulled out] measures at roughly 42 inches [21 x 2 = 42]. This dress gives a lot of room as it is very stretchy and flowy. I stretched/pulled out the top of the bust and it can give about 4-5 more inches. The length of the XL is roughly 46 inches long.
