Jan 20Reply

sammi0816Yike had to file a claim today on my order, check out the blue shampoo mess that arrived in the box today. I just wanted to let u know and send a heads up on not being able to accept the items without doing this.

Jan 28Reply

sammi0816I’m so sorry but it seams used bottle of blue shampoo has turned my hands blue to match the orange hair that I originally bought the blue shampoo to get rid of. Insane mess I tell you what. But I get it not ur fault clearly not meant to happen. So sorry for the awful news I wanted this shampoo more than I can say and needed it even more:)

Jan 28Reply

kissedbycat@sammi0816 I complete understand and am so sorry about this! I thought I had locked it but I realized the pump is not the original pump, so I don’t think it could be locked. Poshmark should refund you. It’s a bummer because there’s still a lot of product remaining in the bottle and the purple shampoo didn’t have any damage.

Jan 28Reply

sammi0816The white bottle (milkshake kind)is half empty? And when I pulled it out to wash the bottle off, it had blue shampoo around the seal of cap, so I removed that and literally water dumped out of it. It had half shampoo and only maybe 1cup or half a cup of water dumped out. I wonder if they got frozen and then the pressure made them leak? I live in northern MI and it was -2 last night. It’s been only 10-16 degrees every day here for a few weeks now.

Jan 28Reply

sammi0816Not sure but it’s possible. I just got to thinking when u said the white bottle was still safe, because it’s half gone. The matrix big bottle does feel quite full (unless it’s ice in there:)) no really it seems heavy and okay atleast. I had to throw out quite a bit that I couldn’t collect from the plastic bag (I squeezed it to a corner at the bottom to try to save some BUT forgot it had a hole and the shampoo came out there next Thanks for help with Poshmark I appreciate the help

Jan 28Reply

kissedbycat@sammi0816 oh wow, I didn’t even consider that they could be frozen. I live in Southern California so I forget about these considerations.

Jan 28Reply
