This is 1990s Laundry. Two layers, both in a crepe material. The bottom layer is solid navy blue and the top layer is navy with blue and purple flowers. It is full length down to the ankle (I am 5’8”). Really pretty, features curves without clinging. Size 6. No stretch to the fabric.
