Cinq a Sept silk dress

Gorgeously soft & flowy Cinq a Sept dress in black silk. Featuring cold shoulder ties, bell sleeves, a slight high/low, and asymmetrical stitching on the sleeves (one shoulder is smocked and one is pleated), this piece gives a unique spin to the "little black dress". Measurements: ptp 18", sleeve 13", length 33"-37" (high/low). Elastic smocking allows top to fit sizes small to large.
