The Lumen Dress is down if you are. This dress is cut "down to there" while still maintaining its elegant appeal. What could be better than being able to show off a little without feeling over exposed? This is a short sleeve maxi dress with a plunging neckline. The bodice is fitted but the skirt has enough room for a princess to twirl around in. Because even though you're hot, you're still a lady. Made from 100% viscose. This dress is one of the prettiest my Ref in my opinion. NWOT
