Host Pick 3/28/18. Fully elastic waist pajama style, with pockets and drawstring/bow! Manufacturer sizing: M=size 8-10, waist 23-27 inches, length 39.8 inches L=size 12, waist 24-29 inches, length 40.2 inches Actual measurements. M waist is 11 inches flat across substantial elastic waist band. Inseam about 28 inches. L is about 11.5 flat across waist and inseam about 29. I am a 10-12 pant and the large JUST fits. Size up. Unlined. Super cute!! Nice weight silky fabric.

jmjfxj @shea73 I have two sizes coming - listed as M & L - but they don't always line up to what we are used to . . .tend to run small. I will have measurements when I get them and can give you a ballpark - it will be in the listing and of course you are welcome to ask questions. Thanks for looking!
