I explained the situation about what I sent out and what you received and they are going to investigate she said they sometimes take pics of the parcels depending on size and she put in a request for that it can take up to 3 days for them to contact me back via phone or email I gave claim# is ca139237657 I spoke with a supervisor on the matter

heartthat_ambas@carriebrown1122 @carjesden the supervisor called me today as a follow up that it’s still being looked into and they are trying to get in touch with the carrier see if they remember anything about the package but she wasn’t working today they said it can take up to 3 days so hopefully soon

heartthat_ambas@stephenvogl my life is my little guy.. he is with me 24/7.. they become your first second or third child not just a pet only a dog owner can understand that! I have a pet groomer that has safe dog hair dye in all different colors and I change his color like once every month to two months. He’s been yellow orange royal blue baby blue purple and more lol sometimes I do his tail too
