Parker Black Sheer Neck Mini Dress Medium / Small

Parker silk fit & Flare Black Mini Dress with sheer neckline. Size medium. Excellent condition- I don’t see any signs of wear but it is a bit wrinkled and could use a steam. In my opinion this dress runs small - I am a medium in many dresses and I can't even zip this up. The tag says Medium but I definitely think this is more like a small. (for reference, I'm a size 8 - 10). Lovely dress, wish it wasn't way too small for me!!
