Heel is approx 1.5 ". Boot opening is approx 14" around. Flexible fit. Rear pull tab. Shoes are like new. Worn Twice but they are slightly tight for me.has little scratch on front of the boots but they came like that only. They are perfect who wears 7-7.5 in boots. It still has original tag of Nordstrom.
