Stand out in this Vtg 1990’s Black Velvet Stretch Maxi Dress with mesh cutouts. *Flaw- tiny pin hole in mesh up front. Otherwise Very gently worn pre-owned condition, no stains or signs or wear. See photos. Zoom in on front shot to see flaw!

@sarah_elyse hi! The waist measured 14.5 across which is 29 inches all around or doubled! It’s a 90’s Vintage so should be pretty true to today’s sizing! Hope that helps you, it’s a beauty.
